ELiNA steps in to provide clarity, guidance, and comprehensive support, empowering parents to take the right steps for their child's growth. Through personalized resources and expert advice, we help families navigate their journey, ensuring that every child has the opportunity to thrive.

ELiNA ServicesELiNA was conceived as a powerful concept of inclusion within HLC and nurtured for a decade through extensive knowledge gathering, research, and real-life experiences. Our name,"ELiNA," signifies the first ray of sun, embodying our mission to be the first ray of hope for families with neurodivergent children.
Under the visionary leadership of Mr.Naveen Mahesh and Ms.Raaji Naveen, and driven by the passion of Ms.Ramalakshmi and her dedicated team, ELiNA emerged as a separate organization in 2020. With a strong foundation of rich learnings, we are committed to empowering families and organizations through transformative programs like SAIL and CoMPASS.
